2023, Kevin brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the marine industry. His passion for assisting marine enthusiasts has been the driving force behind his journey. During his 13-year tenure as Technical Support Manager at Red Sea, Kevin provided expert assistance, elevating customer satisfaction and deepening his understanding of the marine hobby.
His role as Store Manager at Big Blue within Caerphilly Garden Centre, spanning 2 years, allowed him to skillfully manage daily retail operations, fostering consistent growth and crafting exceptional customer experiences.
Prior to this, Kevin spent 4 foundational years at Aqua Medic in Byfleet and Telford, actively contributing to operations and enhancing the customer service experience. As one chapter closes, his dedication and competence in the aquatic world persist.
